Not an oasis and not beautiful - so really not value for money Positive: Spacious Negative: Not fit for purpose - everything seems really aged. It looks like it has not been renovated since it was built some 30+years ago. Kitchen appliances really need replacement. Dishwasher rocks out when opening. Owner’s son was helpful in getting two defective lightbulbs to entrance replaced. Very little privacy due to nest temperature controls and camera with audio pickup. Need to be careful taking business calls inside front door, which is right by the camera and by the kitchen. A/C sounds like an old banging washing machine. We also had to post a $250 deposit before they would issue a code for the front door lock - not appreciated. Also, biblical quote over the fireplace about Jesus saving you - not appropriate for a business. Finally, the side security gate outside the side door to the kitchen had been clearly forced in the past but never repaired. So when the wind blew at night it would slam open and closed for hours at a time.

Great stay. 10/10 will come back. Positive: Host was very kind and helpful with any questions. The house was very clean and had a nice layout. Nothing bad about our stay. 10/10
